摘要
探讨了 ZnNi合金中镍含量对合金材料脆性的影响,结果表明,随着镍含量的增加,合金脆性增大,镍含量大于7%时,已难以制出电弧喷涂丝。简要讨论了镍对合金喷涂层耐蚀性的作用,添加镍的Zn合金涂层的耐蚀性均高于Zn涂层,且耐蚀性随着Ni含量的增加而提高。
The effect of Nickel content on the britlleness of Zn-Ni alloy was studied. It showed that the britlleness of Zn-Ni alloy increased with the increase of nickal content. The corrsion resistance of Zn-Ni alloy was higher than that of Zn coating. The corrosion resistance also increased with the nickel content.
