摘要
在含有 DIE 和 AA-1组合添加剂的碱性锌镍镀液中获得同基体结合好、光亮 Zn-Ni(5~10wt.%)合金镀层。锌、镍共沉积表现异常;添加剂阻化锌和镍的共沉积,使沉积物晶粒细化;电沉积电位对 Zn-Ni 合金镀层的化学组成和相组成有影响,意味着在不同的电位下电沉积机理可能不同。
Bright and adherent Zn-Ni deposit containing 5-10wt.% Ni can be obtained from alkaline Zn-Ni bath with composited additives DIE and AA-1(of amine epoxide and aromatic aldehyde). Zn^(2+)and Ni^(2+)ions codeposit anomalously in studied bath;additives inhibit codeposition of Zn and Ni and make deposit grains finer,electrodeposition potential affects both chemical constitution and phase structure of Zn-Ni deposit,which means electrodeposition mechanism may vary with potentials.
