摘要
在施工进度风险分析的基础上,提出了施工进度风险评估和项目最大风险源、整体风险评价的方法.在项目整体风险评价中引入了项目风险系数的概念,提出了不同风险状态下方案决策的方法,该方法简便易用,可供参考.
Based on the risk analysis of construction progress,an evaluation model for the whole risk and maximum risk source of the construction is given and project risk coefficient and decision making method under different risky situation are introduced.
