摘要
提出了高速公路项目施工进度风险评价指标体系的构建思路,即采用频度统计法、调查问卷法及专家函询法对风险因素识别和筛选,且从规划的数学角度将其划分为硬、软约束条件,从而构建了风险评价的指标体系,并进一步对该指标体系适用性进行分析。
Combining the characteristics of schedule risk of expressway project construction,this article expounds contents and procedure of expressway project construction schedule risk assessment and puts forward how to construct the index system,by using frequency statistics literature screening method,expert questionnaire survey method and the Delphi method to identify the expressway project construction schedule risk indexes.Then the article divides them into hard and soft constraint conditions from the planning point of view.Lastly,the article builds an expressway project construction schedule risk assessment index system,and then makes an analysis of applicability of the system.
