摘要
文章探讨了对风险管理知识和风险管理流程,针对大型电站主设备制造项目可靠性进行风险管理,重点对大型电站主设备制造项目可靠性实现了风险识别和风险评价,结合目前应对风险的一些较好经验,采用选用合适的风险识别和风险评价方法,提出了相应的应对措施,尝试使用量化的、较规范的风险评价方法,建立了一套系统的风险应对的程序。
This paper discusses the risk management and risk management processes, in large power plant main equipment manufacturing project reliability risk management, with emphasis on the large main power equipment manufacturing project reliability realized risk identification and risk evaluation, combining the present the risk of more good experience, adopt proper risk identification and risk, evaluation method, put forward corresponding measures, try to use the more standardized, quantitative risk assessment methods, and establish a set of systematic risk response procedures.
