摘要
目的 探讨Tourette综合征 (TS)患儿家庭精神环境特征与气质特征。方法 应用家庭环境量表与儿童气质量表对 2 4例TS患儿及家庭进行测查。结果 TS患儿家庭的亲密性、情感表达、知识性、娱乐性、组织性得分均低于中国常模 ,而矛盾性、控制性得分高于常模 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 /P <0 .0 1)。 8～ 12岁组TS患儿活动水平、心境、持久性三个气质维度得分高于中国常模 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。气质分型不同于常模 ,麻烦型占 41.18%,与常模差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 TS患儿的家庭精神环境需要改善。对TS患儿进行药物治疗的同时 。
Objective To study the family psyche environment and temperament characteristic of children with tourette syndrome (TS).Methods: 24 children with TS and their families were assessed with FES-CV(family environment scale-Chinese version)and Chinese school children temperament scale(CSTS).Results the results showed that children with TS had lower grades than the norm group in cohesion,expressiveness,intellectual-cultural orientation,active-recreational orientation,and organization in FES-CV,but higher grades in conflict,control in FES-CV than the norm group( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Children with TS of 8-12 age group had higher grades than the norm group in dimensions such as activity,mood and persistence( P <0.05).There were highly significant differences in temperament types between TS group and the norm group ( P <0.001).Conclusion The family psyche environment of children with TS need improvement.Psychotherapy showld be given in consideration of the children's temperament characteristics and their family psyche environment.
