摘要
【目的】 探讨多动性障碍儿童的气质特征 ,了解多动性障碍与儿童气质的关系。 【方法】 采用中国学龄前儿童气质量表 (CPTS)及中国学龄儿童气质量表 (CSTS)对 47名多动性障碍患儿进行测查 ,并与中国常模进行比较。 【结果】 患病组与常模组的气质类型分布有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,患儿中麻烦型及中间近麻烦型的比例明显增多。患病组的活动水平、节律性、适应性、心境、持久性 ,注意转移气质维度的得分与常模组比较有显著性差异。 【结论】 多动性障碍患儿的气质有其独特性 。
Objective To explore the temperament characteristics of the hyperactivity disorder(HD) children and to find out the relationship between the HD and the temperament. Methods 47 cases HD patients were tested by CPTS(Chinese preschool temperament scale) and CSTS(Chinese school children temperament scale).This paper analysed the data from the test and then made a comparison between the HD group and the norm group. Results There were highly significant differences in the distribution of temperament type between the HD group and the norm group( P <0.01).There were obvious increase in the percentage of the difficult type and the intermediate difficult type among the HD group.The scores of the HD group and the norm group in their temperament test showed a great difference in their activity level,rhythmicity,adaptability,mood,persistance and distraction. Conclusion The temperament of the HD children had peculiar characteristics and we should offer proper clinical consulting service and take proper teaching measures according to their temperament characteristics.
