摘要
目的 观察活血潜阳方对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)左心室心肌间质胶原Ⅰ、Ⅲ蛋白表达的影响 ,探讨其改善左心室肥厚的可能机制。方法 以自发性高血压大鼠为模型 ,同时以年龄和性别相匹配的WKY作为正常对照组。用免疫组化法检测胶原Ⅰ、Ⅲ的蛋白表达 ,观察中药对其的影响。结果 2 4周龄SHR心肌间质胶原Ⅰ、Ⅲ的蛋白表达显著增加 ,活血潜阳对其有干预作用。结论 降低心肌间质胶原Ⅰ、Ⅲ的蛋白表达 ,是活血潜阳中药改善左心室肥厚的重要机制之一。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Huoxue Qianyang on improving left ventricular hypertrophy of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat (SHR).Methods The experimental studies were carried out in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat (SHR); The sex and age matched WKY were served as normal control. The treatment lasted 14 weeks. we measured the level of protein expression of type Ⅰand Ⅲ collagen in left ventricular muscle by immunohistochemical (IHC) method.Results Compared to that of WKY group , the level of protein expression of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen in left ventricular muscle was significantly higher.Huoxue Qianyang could down-regulate its.Conclusion Inhibition of protein expression of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen is one of the key mechanism of Huoxue Qianyang in treating LVH of hypertension.
