摘要
高血压病属于“眩晕”、“头痛”等范畴。既往多责于肝阳、肝风、痰浊为本病的病机 ,论治上则以滋阴潜阳、平肝熄风、豁痰化浊等为常规法则。随着有关高血压病中西医研究的进展 ,有的学者认为脉络瘀阻、血供失调与高血压病的发病有着密切的联系 ,并提出活血化瘀的新治法。但只限于活血方药的临床应用 ,鲜有致瘀理论的研究。本文试图从活血化瘀的角度论述高血压病的病因、病机及其治法 。
The hypertension illness belongs to the category such as dizziness or headache and so on. Formerly liver yang, liver wind, phlegm and turbid and otherwise actmainly as the pathogenesis. The conventional ways are nourishing Yin and suppressing Yang,calming liver and checking endogenous wind, breaking phlegm and eliminating turbid and so on. In the wake of the progress of the Traditional ChineseMedicine (TCM) and Western medicine research on the hypertension illness, some scholars think that the blood supply malajustment as a result of the stasis of the blood venation ties in the occurring of the hypertension illness. The method of promoting blood circulation and removeing blood stasis is proposed consequently. Yet the research on the theory of the stasis of blood resulting in the hypertension illness is out of the way, limitting to the application of the prescription and medicament of promoting blood circulation and removeing blood stasis in the clinical practice. We try to expound the cause, pathogenesis and curing method of hypertension through the angle of promoting blood circulation and removeing blood stasis. This will administer to the further discussion of curing hypertension illness by TCM and supply some fresh thinking and means.
