溴酸钾氧化二甲基黄动力学光度法测定痕量锡 被引量:2

摘要 基于0.01mol/L的H2SO4介质中,在乳化剂OP存在时,痕量锡催化溴酸钾氧化二甲基黄的褪色反应,建立了测定痕量锡的催化光度法。方法检出限为0.076μg/L,线性范围为0-2.0μg/L。结合磷酸三丁酯色谱分离,用于测定水、人发及水系沉积物样品中的痕量锡,结果满意。 Based on the catalytic effect of trace tin on discoloring reaction of Dimethyl yellow with potassium bromate in 0.01 mol/L sulphuric acid solution and in the presence of emulsion OP,a method for the determination of trace tin by kinetic spectrophotometry has been developed.The detection limit is 0.076 μg/L and the linear range of determination is 0-2.0 μg/L for tin.Combined with tributyl phosphate (TPB) chromatographic separation,the method has been applied to the determination of trace tin in water,human hair and stream sediment reference samples with satisfactiory results.
