摘要
本文研究在抗坏血酸存在下的3mol/L盐酸介质作移动相,以硅烷化硅胶负载的磷酸三丁酯(TBP)作固定相,反相萃取层析使微量Mo、Sn与W、Ti、Ge、Zr、Nb、Ta、Gr、V、Fe、AI、Bi和Sb等分离,吸附在柱上的Mo和Sn分别用0.5mol/L盐酸和0.05mol/L硫酸洗脱进行连续分离与测定。可应用于含W、Ti等合金钢中微量Mo、Sn的测定。
Using 3 mol/L hydrochloric acid containing ascorbic acid as the mobile phase, molybdenum and tin can be separated from W, Ti, Ge, Zr, Nb, Ta, Cr, V, Fe, Al, Bi and Sb by reversed-phase extraction chromatography with tributyl phosphate(TBP)as the stationary phase on a colmun of silica-gel. Molybdenum and tin are eluteed with 0. 5mol/L hydrochloric acid arid 0. 05mol/L sulphuric acid respectively, and determined by specrophotometric method with salicylfluorone. The method has been succesfully applied to the continuous separation and determination of trace amounts of molybdenum and tin in steel.
