摘要
本文研究了分别用Pd、Pd-Mg(NO_3)_2及Pd-Ni-MgCl_2作基体改进剂时,不同的介质对测定Sn的影响情况。提出用Pd-Ni-MgCl_2作测定Sn的基体改进剂。本方法的特征质量为18 pg/0.0044A,检出限为4.7pg(3s)。样品的标准加入回收率范围在92—108%。水样的分析结果与氢化物AAS法基本吻合,对于含Sn为11.2ppb的水样测定13次相对标准偏差为7.9%。
The acidity of the sample solution exerts considerable influence on the sensitivity of tin for most matrix modifiers. An investigation was made to compare the effects of the modifiers Pd, Pd-Mg(NO3)2 and Pd-Ni-MgCl2, and the last one was selected as the choice. The characteristic mass of the method is 18 pg/0.0044 A and the detection limit is 4.7 pg (3s). The relative standard deviation is 7.9% (x为11.2ppb, n=13) and the recovery of tin is 92-108%. The analytical results were in agreement with hydride-generation AAS.
