摘要
由于糯小麦缺失 (Wx A1、Wx B1和Wx D1) 3对蜡质基因 ,其直链淀粉含量低于 1% ,因此在食品工业和非食品工业中有着巨大的应用价值。自 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,糯小麦研究已成为国际热点。虽然我国开展糯小麦研究起步较迟 ,但在糯小麦Wx基因资源的筛选、糯小麦的遗传和育种、糯小麦淀粉品质评价等方面取得了较快的进展。本文就中国在上述领域的研究进展作一综述 。
With lacking of 3 genes(Wx A1、Wx Bl and Wx D1),the waxy wheat contains less than 1% amylose,and thus has great potential in both food non food industries.The research on waxy wheat has become the hotspot in the world since the early 1990 s. Although the research on waxy wheat was carried out even later in China,great progress has been made in screening of waxy germplasm,inheritance of waxy gene, breeding for waxy wheat and evaluation on starch quality.The paper highlights progress made in research on waxy wheat in China.And proposals related to research on waxy wheat are put forward.
