普通小麦与糯小麦杂交后代糯质材料的选择 被引量:2

Selection of Glutinous Materials from Hybrid Progenies between Normal Wheat and Glutinous Wheat

摘要 [目的]为糯小麦的选育提供理论基础。[方法]以"皖麦19"、"皖麦48"等20个小麦品种为母本,糯质品系"W1032"为父本,配制20个杂交组合,在F2代群体中鉴定糯性变异材料,计算全糯质籽粒出现的比例。[结果]20个杂交组合的F2代随机群体中,全糯质籽粒出现的频率为0.75%~3.05%,其中13个组合F2代随机群体的糯质籽粒出现频率符合"1/64"的分离比例,说明小麦糯性变异主要由主基因控制,并可能存在微效基因修饰。[结论]该研究为糯小麦的培育提供了新的种质资源。 [Objective] The purpose was to supply theoretical basis for breeding glutinous wheat.[Method] With 20 wheat varieties such as Wanmai19 and Wanmai48 as female parents,glutinous line "W1032" as male parent,20 hybrid combinations were matched,the glutinous variation materials were identified from F2 generation population and the appearance proportion of full-glutinous grains was calculated.[Result] Among random populations of F2 generations of 20 hybrid combinations,the appearance frequency of full-glutinous grains was 0.75%-3.05%,that of random populations of F2 generations of 13 combinations accorded with separation proportion of "1/64",indicating that the glutinous variation of wheat was mainly controlled by Key-gene and there may be minor gene modification.[Conclusion] This research supplied new germplasm resources for breeding glutinous wheat.
