摘要
本文分析了高等学校学生评价教师活动容易产生负面影响的四个主要原因。借鉴国内外大学的一些实践经验,指出要做好学生评价教师工作,必须把握评价活动的方向性,提高评价活动的科学性,增强评价活动的可操作性以及确保评价活动的可接受性。
This paper makes an analysis of the four main reasons why college students' assessments of their teachers tend to produce some negative influences. Referring to some practical experience of universities at home and abroad, we must grasp the direction of the evaluation activity, advance its scientific quality, strengthen its maneuverability, and ensure its acceptability, if we want to do the work better.
