摘要
研究发现 ,对学生评价教师教学效果有显著影响的背景特征有 :课程的重要性、教师职称、学生对课程的兴趣、班级学生人数、课程的负担和课程的深度 ,这六项特征能解释 2 5 .8%的学生评价结果的变异。可见 ,学生对教师教学的评价存在着一定的局限性 ,只能作为教师改进教学的参考 。
According to research discovery, there are six background characteristics which have marked impact on students' evaluation towards teacher's teaching effect: the importance of course, teacher's professional title, students' interest in the course, class scale, burden of the course and depth of the course. These characteristics can explain 25.8% of the variance of students' evaluation result. Therefore, certain limitation exists in students' evaluation of teacher's teaching which could only be reference for the improvement of teacher's teaching. Colleges and universities should take serious attitude while making personnel policy by using students' evaluation result.
