摘要
师范生就业完全实行市场化运作后,必然促使他们中的一些人走自主创业之路,加强师范生创业教育已显得十分迫切与重要。综观师范生创业基本素质现状,他们在创业意识、创业心理品质、创业能力、创业社会知识结构方面存在着诸多不足。师范院校必须从思想观念、心理教育、教学改革、社会实践、经费投入方面采取积极措施。通过加强创业教育,培养和提高师范生的创业基本素质,为他们将来成为成功的创业者打下坚实的基础。
The total dependence of student teachers' employment upon the market operation inevitably urges some of them to embark on a road of starting undertakings by themselves. Hence, it is quite urgent and important to strengthen self-employed education for student teachers. In view of their basic qualities, these normal college students have some shortcomings in their consciousness, mental qualities, abilities and social knowledge components, of creating undertakings. Normal colleges must take initiative measures in respects of ideology, psychological education, teaching reform, social practice and expenditure input. Through reinforcing start-up education and cultivating students' basic start-up qualities, we may lay a solid foundation for their becoming successful in pioneering undertakings in future.
