摘要
综述了美国、英国、日本、瑞典、香港等几个发达国家和地区的社区精神医学发展和现状。通过分析发展和现状得到的成功经验是 :社区精神卫生服务体系结合急重性精神病人入院治疗是精神疾患诊疗的较好模式 ,是精神病诊疗的发展方向。
The authors summarized the development and current situations of community psychiatry in several developed countries and regions, such as U.S.A, Britain, Japan, Sweden, Hong Kong and, etc. By analyzing of the successful experience, this paper showed that the mental hygiene service system of community and treatment of serious patients in hospital would be the best model and the development direction of diagnosis and the treatment for the psychosis.It offered a good use for reference to the development of community mental hygiene service in China.
