摘要
目的了解社区护士继续教育的现状。方法采用自设问卷形式,对北京市146名社区护士进行继续教育现状调查。结果社区护士获得继续教育学分的方式是参加医院组织继续教育项目(63.73%);社区护士参加继续教育的内容是社区护理知识(82.88%)和临床护理知识(82.19%);参加继续教育的主动性差;影响参加继续教育的主要原因是工作太忙(74.66%);社区护士希望每周进行短期培训(82.88%);社区护士急需人际沟通知识(69.86%)和护理基本技能(69.86%)的继续教育内容。结论鼓励学历教育,丰富社区护士继续教育形式,提高社区护士的整体素质,优化社区护理队伍,以满足社区护士的工作需要。
Objective To investigate the status nf nursing continuing education among community nurses. Methods A self - designed questionnaire about the nursing continuing education was used to investigate 146 community nurses in a district of Beijing. Results The main way that nurses got continuing education credits was participating the continuing education programs within hospitals （63.73%）. The contents of continuing education were about community care knowledge （82.88%） and clinical nursing knowledge （82. 19% ）. The initiative of participating continuing education among community nurses was poor. The main influential factor was too heavy work （74.66%）. Community nurses hoped to receive short - term training per week （82.88%）. The continuing education contents that community nurses needed were about interpersonal connnunieation knowledge （69.86%） and basic nursing skills （69.86%）. Conclusion It is necessary to encourage the degree education and enrich methods of continuing education,so as to improve the overall quality of community nurses and optimize community care team to meet the needs of community nursing.
