摘要
目的调查和评估汕头市精神病社区"精神病防治日"康复模式15年的康复效果,为精神病社区康复指导和精神卫生立法积累资料。方法以1996年6月至2010年5月在社区接受"精神病防治日"康复服务的精神病患者4 181例为对象,调查康复资料,评估康复效果。结果 15年间累计登记的病例数、接受免费诊治的例数都呈逐年增加,免费维持治疗率呈逐年上升的趋势,从1996年的66.5%增加到2010年的86.9%;社会功能恢复良好的例数也逐年增加,社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)总分及各项因子分逐年下降,有职业的比例从1996年的38.9%显著提高到2010年的47.9%;康复效果也逐年提高,均有统计学意义(P<0.01);患者接受社区"精神病防治日"服务时间越长,信任度越高(P<0.01),总信任率达92.7%。结论汕头市精神病社区"精神病防治日"康复模式实施15年效果显著,有精神病防治工作条件的社区可推广应用。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the effects of the psychosis-intervention-day rehabilitation model in the community based for psychotic patients for 15 years in Shantou city,so as to accumulate the data for the community rehabilitation direction and mental health legislation. Methods The subjects were 4 181 community patients with psychosis who were accepted community psychosis-intervention-day rehabilitation among June in 1996 to May in 2010 in Shantou city.The data were investigated and the effects were evaluated. Results Among 15 years＇ rehabilitation,the amount of accumulation register cases and treatment for free showed yearly increase,rising tendency on the maintain treatment rate for free from 66.5% in 1996 to 86.9% in 2010.The cases with better social function significantly increased yearly.The total scores of SDSS and factors scores also showed significantly decrease yearly.The employment rate was from 38.9% in 1996 to 47.9% in 2010 and the rehabilitation effects raised yearly.All these showed significant statistics meaning（P〈0.01）.The longer duration of community rehabilitation,the higher trust（P〈0.01）.The total trust rate was to 92.7%. Conclusions There are significant effects of psychosis-intervention-day rehabilitation model in the community based for psychotic patients for 15 years in Shantou city.It could be applicated and disseminated for communities with working conditions on psychosis rehabilitation.
