摘要
槟榔有拟胆碱作用 ,通过兴奋胆碱能神经是槟榔促胃肠运动的机制之一。胃肠肽类激素是调节胃肠运动的重要物质 ,槟榔对胃肠肽类激素的分泌、分布是否有影响尚不清楚。胃动素 (MTL)和血管活性肽 (VIP)是两种重要的胃肠肽 ,在胃肠道有广泛的分布。目的 :观察槟榔对正常大鼠和功能性消化不良模型大鼠胃肠激素分泌的影响以探索其促胃肠运动的机制。方法 :3 2只Wistar大鼠随机分为 4组 ,即正常对照组、正常槟榔组、功能性消化不良 (FD)模型组和模型槟榔组。分别给大鼠灌服槟榔水提液和生理盐水 1h后处死动物 ,取胃窦和空肠组织 ,放免分析法测定胃动素 (MTL)和血管活性肽 (VIP)的含量变化。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,FD模型大鼠胃肠组织中MTL ,VIP均升高 ,其中以VIP升高幅度较大。灌服槟榔后两组大鼠胃肠组织中的MTL含量明显升高 ,VIP含量明显降低。结论 :FD大鼠胃肠组织中MTL ,VIP含量改变可能与FD模型大鼠胃肠运动减弱有关 ,槟榔能调节正常大鼠和FD模型大鼠胃肠激素的分泌 ,与其促进胃肠运动有一定关系。
Objectives:To test the mechanisms of Areca nut improving the gastrointestinal dyskinesia by observing effect of Areca nut on function dyspepsia(FD)model and normal rats'gastrointestinal peptide.Methods:A total of Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups which are group of normal control,group of mormal Arecae,group of FD control and group of FD model Arecae,Areca nut decoction and saline were given respectively.Those rats were put to death after 1 hour and their gastric antrum and jejunum were taken out quickly.The content of MTL and VIP in antrum and jejunum were investigated by radio-immunity assay.Results:Compared with the normal group,the content of FD rats' VIP and MTL in their antrum and jejunum increased significantly moreover the content of two group rats'MTL increased significantly and the content of VIP decreased meaningly.Conclusion:The change of FD rats' MTL and VIP maybe correlate their gastrointestinal akinesia.Areca nut decoction can regulate gastrointestinal peptide'secretion of normal and FD rats and it correlates to its function of improving gastrointestinal motility.
