枳实生品和麸炒品对利血平致脾虚证大鼠胃肠激素含量的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Raw and Stir-frying with Bran Fructus Aurantii Immaturus on Gut Hormone of Spleen Deficiency Rats Induced by Reserpine

摘要 目的:研究枳实生品和麸炒品对利血平致脾虚证大鼠胃肠激素含量的影响。方法:腹腔注射利血平造成大鼠脾虚模型,双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测血中胃肠激素含量。结果:与模型组比较,枳实生品和麸炒品组大鼠胃动素和胃泌素水平升高,而血管活性肠肽和生长抑素水平降低,与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且麸炒品作用强于生品(P<0.05)。结论:枳实生品和麸炒品均能改善利血平致脾虚证大鼠胃肠激素水平,这可能是枳实治疗脾虚证的机制之一。 Objective: To investigate the effect of raw and stir-frying with bran Fructus aurantii immaturus on gut hormone of spleen deficiency rats. Methods: The spleen deficiency rats model were established by injecting Reserpine. The gut hormone content was detected with ELISA. Results: Compared to the model group, the MTL, GAS content increased in raw Fructus aurantii immaturus group and stir-frying with bran Fructus aurantii immaturus group; the VIP and SS content declined in raw Fructus aurantii immaturus group and stir-frying with bran Fructus aurantii immaturus group. There was statistically significance between model group and sample group. Stir-frying with bran Fructus aurantii immaturus group was stronger than the raw Fructus aurantii immaturus group. Conclusion: Raw and stir-frying with bran Fructus aurantii immaturus could improve levels of guy hormones of the spleen deficiency rats, which might be one of the mechanisms for treating spleen deficiency of Fructus aurantii immaturus.
