摘要
本文报道了应用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术将促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)与碳化二亚胺偶联后免疫小景(Balb/c)与骨髓瘤细胞融合,制备了3株分泌抗ACTH单克隆抗体的杂交瘤。建立了稳定的测定小分子肽类物质的间接ELISA方法。对其腹水效价进行了测定,并对其特异性进行了分析。
Using hybridoma technique. 3 hybridoma cell lines against ACTH were obtained. The titer of McAb were assayed by ELISA. The cross reation of McAb to NPY. CRF was performed to establish the specificity of each McAb.
