摘要
探讨了二维傅立叶变换和π相移技术用于三维面形的测量,消除了背景光强对频谱图的影响,避免了频谱混叠,有利于一级谱的准确提取,增大了曲面的可测梯度,可用于复杂形面的测量,同时在频域中绕过移频,避免了主频点的漂移.研究结果表明:该方法测量精度较高,简单、有效.
2-D Fourier transform and π phase shifting technique are used in 3-D profilometry.The method clears up background component in the modulating grating image and avoids the overlapping in the spectrum chart in order to obtain useful spectrum.The steep gradient and complex object shapes can be measured.At the same time,it avoids frequency-moving in the frequency domain.The results show that the method is simple,(effective) and precise.
