摘要
光学相移位相测量方法是一种高精度位相测量方法,它需要通过采集多幅相移图求解相位信息。本文采用LabVIEW软件设计了一个相移图像采集系统,利用LabVIEW驱动压电陶瓷(PZT)相移器移动,实现相位改变,同时控制CCD实时采集条纹图的光强信息,通过图像采集卡采集存储干涉图,准确反应相位信息,实现了驱动与采集的自动化,具有同步的特点,并可以根据实验要求设定每驱动压电陶瓷N步采集一幅图像,精确计算相位改变信息。
Optical phase - shifting is one of the high precision phase measurement methods, it requires a lot of phase - shifting images to acquire phase information.The paper introduces an phase - shifting and image acquisition system which is based on the LabVIEW, we can drive moving of the piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) phase - shifter by LabVIEW to change the phase, and control gathering the luminous intensity of interferogram by CCD at the same time, the image acquisition card stores the stripe chart, they reflect the phase exactly, this program achieves synchronization and automation in driving and acquisition, and according to the experiment we can set the steps of driving the PZT every an image acquisition, and account the phase exactly.
