加压钢板与髓内钉影响骨折愈合血管形成的特点比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对比加压钢板(CP)与髓内钉(IN)固定下骨折愈合过程的血管形成,探讨不同内固定下骨折愈合血管形成的特点。方法:42只家犬两侧股骨中段横型截骨,左侧以CP、右侧分别以IN固定,术后2,4,8周行X线摄片、光镜、电镜观察。结果:CP组骨折部位血管长入时间明显提前,血管数量较丰富,发育程度优于IN组,8周时CP组即可见完整血管内壁,内皮细胞发育成熟。结论:与IN相比,CP组骨折端血管长入的时间较早,数量较为丰富,保证骨折愈合所需营养成分的供给,有利于促进骨折愈合。 AIM:To compare the effects of compression plate and intramedullary nail on angiogenesis in the course of fracture healing,and to explore its characteristics by different internal fixation. METHODS:Transverse osteotomy was performed on both sides of femoral diaphyses in 42 adult dogs.The left side was plated with compression plate(CP group) and the other with intramedullary nail(IN group).X ray photograph and examinations of light microscope and transmission electron microscope were performed 2,4,8 weeks after operation. RESULTS:The time when vessels grew into fracture part was earlier in the CP group than in the IN group,and the amount of vessels in the CP group was more abundant than that in the IN group.At week 8,there were intact inside walls of blood vessels and mature endothelial vascular cells in the CP group. CONCLUSION:Compared with the IN group,the time when vessels grow into fracture part is earlier and the amount of vessels is more abundant in the CP group,which can provide enough nutrient components to accelerate fracture healing.
