摘要
在分析火车车轮热疲劳损伤的基础上,用Gleeble-2000热模拟试验机模拟车轮制动过程的热—机械疲劳。阐述了车轮钢热疲劳时残余应力的变化规律、高温力学性能,模拟残余应力对车轮钢的热疲劳性能的影响,确定车轮钢的Coffin-Manson方程的实验常数,为提高车轮轮箍的使用寿命提供理论依据和实验分析。
Based on the analysis of thermal fatigue damage to train wheels,the thermal-mechanical fatigue of train wheels in the braking process was simulated on Gleeble -2000 thermal simulation test mechine to study the variation of residual stress in train wheel steel and the mechanical properties of train wheel steel at elevated temperatures,to assess the effect of residual stress on thermal fatigue performance of train wheel steel,and to establish the experimental constant for Coffin-Manson equation of train wheel steel,thereby providing theoretical basis and experimental analysis for improvement of train wheel hoops service life.
