摘要
基于国际铁路联盟相关标准确定了高速动力车车轮强度分析的计算载荷工况,提出了一套建立车轮有限元模型和模拟运行状态下的车轮应力分布规律、静强度和疲劳强度的数值分析方法,为车轮结构设计和强度分析提供了可靠的理论依据,满足工程技术的实际需求。
Acording to the correlation standards of UIC,the load regimes for strength analyzing on the wheel of the high-speed power car are confirmed at the first.And then a numerical analysis method was put forward which can build the FE-model,simulate the stress distribution rule for the wheels,and can be used to static strength and fatigue strength analysis under the operation conditions.The conclusion can offer the theory guarantee for construction design and strength analysis of the high speed power car wheels,and also satisfy the practical requirement of the projection technology.
