摘要
研究了2个转Bt+CPTI双价基因抗虫低酚棉"C020"和"C022"的抗虫性及抗病性,室内棉叶鉴定结果显示,2个抗虫低酚棉对棉铃虫的抗性表现为低抗,其抗性虽略高于常规有酚棉"泗棉3号",但明显不如抗虫有酚棉"SGKz9";而田间罩笼接蛾鉴定结果显示,2个抗虫低酚棉的抗性综合评价均表现高抗,其抗性等级与抗虫有酚棉"SGKz9"一致,明显优于有酚常规棉"泗棉3号"。但抗虫低酚棉的抗病性表现一般,其中"C020"高抗枯萎病、感黄萎病;"C022"耐枯萎病、感黄萎病。
The resistance of two transgenic Bt+CPTI glandless cotton varieties ( 'C020' and 'C022' ) to bollworm and wilt diseases was studied. The results of indoor identification indicated that the resistance of two transgenic glandless cotton varieties to bollworm was low, and significantly lower than that of transgenic gossypol cotton variety 'SGKz9', but slightly higher than that of conventional gossypol cotton variety 'Simian 3'. The results of field cage identification revealed that both 'C020' and 'C022' performed high-resistance to bollworm, being similar to 'SGKz9'and significantly better than 'Simian 3'. The resistance of 'C020' and 'C022' to wilt diseases was as follows: 'C020' was highly resistant to Fusarium wilt, while sensitive to Verticillium wilt; 'C022' was sensitive to Verticillium wilt, while tolerant to Fusarium wilt.
