摘要
将一种新型阻燃促进剂与氮系阻燃剂MCA复配用于尼龙 6的阻燃。实验结果表明 ,当MCA用量为 16份时 ,氧指数可达 3 0 %以上 ,而且对环境无污染。同时阻燃促进剂的加入 ,克服了燃烧时熔融淌滴现象 ,且当阻燃促进剂KON3 与阻燃剂配比适宜时 。
A novel flame retardant accelerator was compounded with MCA (halogen free flame retardant) to improve the flame retardancy of nylon 6 The results showed that the oxygen index was higher than 30% and there was no pollution to the environment when the content of MCA was 16 weight parts The addition of the flame retardant accelerator could also avoid melting dropping completely A suitable compounding ratio of the accelerator with the flame retardant would result in a compact carbon layer of the burnt residuum
