摘要
研究了膨胀型无卤阻燃体系中协同阻燃剂对聚丙烯阻燃效果及流动性的影响，研究结果表明：协同阻燃剂的加入显著提高了ＰＰ 的阻燃性能，彻底克服了熔滴现象，合适的Ｐ－ Ｃ－ Ｎ 比例是形成优质炭层的保证；抑烟效果显著；明显改善了ＰＰ 阻燃体系的熔体流动性。
s The effect of synergistic flame retardant in halogen free intumescent flame retardant system on the flame retardance and flowability of PP were studied.The results showed the use of synergistic flame retardant improved notably the flame retardance of PP,and completely eliminate melt dropping;a proper P C N ratio was a guarantee for the formation of quality carbon layer,the synergistic flame retardant had also good effect on smoke inhibition,and improved the melt flowability of the flame retardant blend notably.
