N-(3-吲哚甲酰基)-β-丙氨酸甲酯的合成和表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and Characterization of N-(1H-indole-3- carbonyl)-β-alanine Methyl Ester

摘要 以吲哚为原料,与Cl3CCOCl在n(吲哚)∶n(Cl3CCOCl)=1∶1 1,乙醚为溶剂,室温反应2h条件下,制得3 三氯乙酰基吲哚(Ⅱ),Ⅱ再与β 丙氨酸甲酯(Ⅰ)进行缩合,条件为:乙腈为溶剂,n(3 三氯乙酰基吲哚)∶n(β 丙氨酸甲酯)=1∶1,室温反应16h,合成了标题产物(Ⅲ),摩尔总收率为62 9%。通过1HNMR,IR,MS和元素分析表征了产物的结构。 3-(Trichloroacetyl)indole(Ⅱ),prepared by stirring indole and trichloroacetyl chloride in mole ratio 1∶1.1 in ether at r.t.for 2 h,condensed with β-alanine methyl ester(Ⅰ) to afford N-(1H-indole-3-carbonyl )-β-alanine methyl ester(Ⅲ) with overall yield of 62.9%.The condensation conditions were:n(Ⅱ)∶n(Ⅰ)=1∶1 and stirring in acetonitrile at r.t.for 16 h.Structure of product Ⅲ was characterized by ~1HNMR,IR,MS and elementary analysis.
