摘要
[目的]对来源于药用植物根际的一株放线菌进行鉴定。[方法]采用从表型、基因型、系统发育3个层次进行的多项分类研究方法,对菌株发酵液进行生物活性检测。[结果]菌株发酵产物具有抗金黄色葡萄球菌及白介素-1β转移酶抑制活性。菌株形态特征、生理生化特性、化学分类特征、分子分类特征均符合Catenulispora属的特征。[结论]放线菌I06-01088属于Catenulispora属的一个菌株。
[Objective] One actinomycete strain from Chinese herb rhizosphere was identified.[Method] The bioactivity of the strain was analyzed with multiple-item classification method based on their phenotypic,genetic and phylogenetic characteristics.[Result] The fermentation broth of the strain had the activity in the resistance to Staphylococcus aureus and inhibitive activity of interleukin-1β transferase.The morphological,physiological and biochemical,chemotaxonomic and phylogenetic characteristics of the strain complied with these of genus Catenulispora.[Conclusion] The strain-I06-01088 belonged to the genus Catenulispora.
