摘要
从弯扭耦合的角度来研究旋转轴系的振动 ,将能更准确地把握轴系的动力学特性 ,从而为轴系的安全运行提供更有效的保障。针对基于分段连续质量模型的轴系弯扭耦合振动数学模型 ,进一步简化并提出多维频率分析方法 ,将频率变化与轴系的结构参数联系起来 ,有利于直观分析 ,同时给出分析振型。
From crankle coupling point of view,circumvolving shafting vibration is studied so as to get the shafting dynamics characteristic more accurately thus promising the security of the shafting's running .Aiming at the mathematic model of shafting crankle coupling vibration based on the subsection continuous mass model,the multidimensional frequeney analysis method is put forward and developed.Combining frequency change with shafting configuration parameter,it's more favorable to have direct analysis.The methods of analyzing vibration type,sympathetic vibration frequecy and sympathetic vibration mode are presented.
