摘要
目的 探讨学龄儿童眼外伤及其特点 ,提出相应的防治措施。方法 对 8年来我院收治 14 2例 ( 15 2眼 )学龄儿童眼外伤进行临床分析。结果 学龄儿童眼外伤常见致伤物有 :玩具、烟花爆竹、树枝、竹尖、金属、化妆品、动物性毒素。治疗前失明者 ( <0 0 5以下 ) 3 4眼 ,占 2 2 3 6%;治疗后失明者下降至 9 2 1%( 14眼 ) ,复明率达 90 79%( 13 8眼 )。结论 眼外伤是儿童主要致盲原因之一。
