四探针测量金属薄膜电阻率是当今微电子技术领域中常用的方法.本文介绍了如何把"四探针测量金属薄膜电阻率"的实验引入到普通物理实验教学中,以及在实验内容的编排上如何培养学生发现问题和解决问题的能力等方面的具体做法.
A measurement of resistivity of metal film using four-point probe technique can be used as the general physics experiment. After the experimental procedure and content are carefully arranged, the experiment can well train students with the ability analyzing and resolving problem.
