摘要
目前对于科学素养的内涵或基本要素国内外学者认识不同。培养学生的科学素养是物理课程的主要目标与任务,教师科学素养的高低将直接影响下一代的科学素养状况。通过对浙南地区中学物理教师科学素养的调查,发现物理教师知识面窄、知识陈旧,教科研能力差,科学探究的意识落后,独立搜索资料、自我学习的能力有待提高,实验的设计与改进、应用信息网络技术的能力有待加强,STS教育理念还没到位。建议加快推进考试制度的改革,深化高等师范院校教育改革,加强教师在职培训的实效性和针对性,地方学校树立新的办学理念。
Nowadays scholars in and abroad hold different views on the essence of scientific quality.The main task of physics curriculum is to cultivate students' scientific quality, so the teachers' sci-entific quality will directly effect that of students'. The survey of the scientific quality of secondaryschool physics teachers in the south of Zhejiang province shows that the physics teachers' knowledgeis limited and out of date; the ability of teaching and researching is poor; the sense of scientific inquirylags behind;the ability of self-study remains to be improved; the ability of the design and improve-ment of experiments and the utilization of information technology needs to be strengthened; the idea ofSTS is lacking. It is advised that we should deepen the reform of examination system and the educa-tion of higher normal colleges and universities, enhance the pertinence and practicability of teachers in-service training, and the local schools should adopt the new idea of education.
