Study on the Chemical Coloring of Anodic Oxidation Film of Aluminum and Its Alloy on Different Color Condition

摘要  采用硫酸阳极氧化膜无机染料化学着色方法,通过实验研究了着色液浓度、温度、着色时间等因素对着色效果的影响,确定了同一体系着不同颜色的最佳工艺条件,再经过一系列的性能测试,讨论了着不同颜色后铝材的性质。一般情况下,随浓度和时间增加,着色膜颜色会逐渐加深,但不会改变色系。相对浓度和时间而言,温度对着色效果影响很大,如果温度太高,氧化膜会被封孔,而着不上颜色,所以控制好温度对着不同颜色效果很重要。该工艺操作简便,溶液可循环利用;着色膜耐蚀性、耐晒性和致密性良好。 The anodic oxidation film is obtained when aluminum and its alloy are in sculpture acid solution. Then the anodic oxidation film of aluminum is colored differently by chemical methods. The effects of solution components and operation conditions on properties of colored film were studied. Factors affecting the coloring results were discussed as well. Changing concentration, temperature, and time of coloring solution,we could obtain the best process condition. The effect of temperature is a important factor to coloring result. So we must control the temperature. The process is very simple and has strength such as high bath stability, long service of life and good corrosion resistance.
