摘要
采用二步交流电解着色法,研究了硫酸阳极氧化膜、着色液成分对1235铝合金着色效果的影响,提出了最佳工艺条件。研究表明:当硫酸阳极氧化膜厚为10μm左右、在15V交流电以及着色液中含20g LSnSO4和Ⅱ号添加剂着色时,可获得均匀、耐蚀性好、色泽光亮的深黑色阳极氧化膜。
The two-step electrolytic colouring method was adopted. The influences of sulphuric acid anodic oxidization film and the composition of a colouring solution on the colouring effects of aluminium alloy No.1235 were investigated and the excellent process conditions were proposed. The investigations showed that an uniform, erosion-proof, shining black oxidization film could be obtained when the thickness of sulphuric acid anodic oxidization film was about 10μm with additive Ⅱ and when the electrolytic colouring was conducted at 15V alternating voltage with the content of SnSO_4 reaching 20g/L.
