摘要
研究一种以市售聚硅氧烷乳液为基料,辅以催化剂金属盐和水溶性缓蚀剂制备出可对预处理过的A3钢试样进行憎水处理的水基有机硅憎水剂。考察了浸渍时间、不同热处理温度及热处理时间等处理条件对憎水膜层憎水性的影响并优化了工艺。实验表明,用所述憎水剂处理的金属磷化试样和植酸处理试样的憎水角分别为130°和100°左右,较大幅度提高了零件的耐腐蚀性,为水基憎水剂取代溶剂基憎水剂的研究奠定了实验基础。
The pretreated A3 steel was treated by a water-borne silicone water repellent agent which is prepared by a metal salt catalyzed reaction of a commercial water-borne silicone emulsion with a water soluble corrosion inhibitor. Effects of dipping time, different temperature and time of heat-treatment etc on the water repellency of the hydrophobic film formed by water repellent agent were examined and the treating process was optimized. The results demonstrate that the water repellent angles of specimen treated by the water repellent agent and the modified physic acid are 130° and 100° respectively, the corrosion resistant thereof is improved substantially. The research lays a foundation for substitution of the solvent-borne hydrophobic agent by the water-borne hydrophobic agent.
