摘要
由于具有优良的性能,化学镀镍磷合金在工业上得到了广泛应用。为了获得低磷含量的镍磷合金镀层的工艺参数,研究了镀液中的络合剂A、络合剂B、pH值等对镀层磷含量的影响,最终得到了较低磷含量的镍磷合金镀层的工艺参数。
Electroless Ni-P alloy deposits have been widely adopted in industries for their excellent properties. In order to obtaining technology parameters about Ni-P alloy deposits of low phosphorus content, effects on phosphorus content in alloy have been researched, for example, acidic A and B, and PH's value and so on in the plating fluid. Finally we obtained the technology parameters about the Ni-P alloy deposits of low phosphorus content.
