就非晶态Ni-P化学镀技术的发展及其应用前景作出了综述,并论述了非晶态Ni-P化学镀的原理、工艺、镀液组成及影响镀覆的各种因素。
This paper reviews the development of amorphous electroless plating of Ni-P and its application, and discusses the principle, technology and the solution composition of the amorphous electroless plating of Ni-P as well as the various factors affecting the plating.
