摘要
介绍了化学镀镍的特点以及镀液主要成分对镀层性能的影响。综述了无机粉末如石墨粉末、陶瓷粉末、铝粉、金刚石颗粒、空心玻璃微球等材料的化学镀镍研究及发展趋势。
The characteristics of electroless nickel plating were introduced, as well as the influences of main bath components on properties of nickel deposits. Electroless nickel plating process and its study trends on inorganic powder such as graphite powder, ceramic powder, aluminum powder, diamond, hollow glass microsphere were reviewed.
