杭州城市社区存在社区建设与规划脱节、社区建设与管理脱节、社区配套设施与需求脱节等问题,应合理确定社区区划,结合社区规划编制控制性详细规划,重视社区规划的编制与实施。
There exist with the urban communities inHangzhou the problems of disconnection betweencommunity construction and community planning,com-munity construction and community management,sup-porting facility construction and its demand,etc.Proper regionalism should be carried out and con-trolled detailed planning should be made in associa-tion with the community planning.Importance shouldbe attached to the drafing and implementation ofcommunity planning.[
