摘要
对杭州城市社区现状及公共服务设施进行了首次全面调查与梳理研究,就社区规模与人口现状,社区类型与公共服务设施作了重点考察,针对杭州城市社区建设中存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出了建立“以社区为基本单元的城市规划与管理体系”的创新思路。
This paper made a comprehensive in- vestigation on residential communitiesand their pub- lic facilities in Hangzhou with emphasis on the population, community categoryand publicfacilities. By analyzing problems in the community construc- tion of Hangzhou, it proposes establishing an urban planning system with residential community as aba- sic unit.
