摘要
准确地识别核心能力是企业构筑、管理核心能力的前提。但目前,尚未形成准确地识别企业核心能力的方法。价值方法,是分析差劲产品发现差劲功能,并进行改进。同理,我们也可以根据价值分析方法找到优秀产品的优秀功能,再进一步分析发现支持优秀功能的核心技术、技能的组合,经过筛选得到核心能力。
The accurate recognition of the core competence is the precondition for corporations to build and manage it. But at the present, there aren't any methods that can recognize the core competence accurately. Value engineering can find the worse functions of the worse productions that can be improved. In this way we also can find the best functions supported by the core technologies and skills. We can analyze the best functions; and attain the combinations of the core technologies and skills, and choose the core competences from the combinations.
