摘要
采用试管法和圆形滤纸层析法分析鉴定了紫花地丁的化学成分。结果表明 :紫花地丁含有机酸、黄酮及其甙类、酚性成分、糖类、氨基酸、多肽及蛋白质、皂甙、植物甾醇、鞣质等十种有效成分。采用有机溶剂提取法分离提取其抗菌有效成分———黄酮甙类及有机酸 ,用其对几种家畜常见病原微生物进行体外抑菌试验 ,结果表明 :紫花地丁所含黄酮甙类及有机酸对金色葡萄球菌、猪巴氏杆菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌和沙门氏菌都有较强的抑菌作用 ,黄酮甙对各种病原菌的抑菌圈直径 (mm)分别为 3 6 85± 1 0 4、13 0 1± 0 5 5、12 42± 0 3 2、12 81± 1 0 4、16 83± 3 2 1;有机酸分别为 3 5 83± 1 76、12 77± 0 76、12 3 4± 0 77、11 5 2± 0 5 0、18 2 4± 3 5 5。
The test tube method and method of the circular filter were used and isolated to identify the chemical composition of the Viola manshuricaw.The results showed that the Viola manshuricaw contains organic acid,flavnoe and flavonoids,phonetic composition,sugar,amino acids,polypeptide and protein,saponins,plant sterol,tannin and so on. flavonoids and organic acid from the Viola manshuricaw were isolated by organic solvent extraction method and made antiblastic original microorganism of domestic animals in vitro.The effect demonstrated:the flavonoids and organic acid from Viola manshuricaw have stronger bacteriostatic to Staplyoccus aureas,Pasteurella maltocida,E.coli,Streptococci and Salmonella.The diameter of bacteriostatic ring of flavonoids to various pathogenic bacteria is 36.85±1.04 mm,13.01±0.55 mm,12.42±0.32 mm,12.81±1.04 mm,16.83±3.21 mm;Organic acid is 35.83±1.76 mm,12.77±0.76 mm,12.34±0.77 mm,11.52±0.50 mm,18.24±3.55 mm respectively.
