摘要
采用试管法和圆形滤纸层析法分析鉴定了紫菀的化学成分,结果表明,紫菀主要含有生物碱、有机酸、黄酮类、多糖、酚类、鞣质、植物三萜和挥发油等。用醇类溶剂提取法从300 g生药中提取总生物碱0.4520 g,得率为0.1506%。用试管稀释法和纸片法对紫菀乙醇提取物和生物碱提取物进行了体外抑菌效果试验,结果表明,紫菀乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、猪巴氏杆菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌和沙门氏杆菌都有较强的抑菌作用,其抑菌圈直径分别为18.20±1.30 mm、17.00±2.55 mm、12.40±2.07 mm、14.60±1.82 mm、16.00±4.36 mm;最低抑菌浓度分别为0.80 g/m l、0.05 g/m l、0.50 g/m l、0.20 g/m l和0.20 g/m l;紫菀生物碱提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、猪巴氏杆菌、大肠杆菌、链球菌和沙门氏杆菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为4 mg/m l、2 mg/m l、6 mg/m l、4 mg/m l和4 mg/m l。
Test tube method and circular filtering method were used to isolate and identify the chemical compositionof Aster tataricus L.f.,the results showed that it contains alkaloid,organic acids,flavonoid,polysaccharides,phenols,tannins,triterpenes, and volatile oil.Alkaloid,the antibacterial constituents,was isolated from Aster tataricus L.f. with ethanol at the ratio of 0.1506%,which means that 0.4520g alkaloid was obtained from 300g crude drugs.The antibacterial effect of alkaloid extracts and extraction from Aster tataricus L.f.with ethanol were inverstigated by tube dilution and filer-paper discs,the result was that the latter had stronger inhibition on Varistaptyoccus aureas,Pasteurella maltocida.E.coli.,Streptococci and Salmonella,to which the diameter of bacterial inhibition zone was 18.20±1.30mm,17.00±2.55mm,12.40±2.07mm,14.60±1.82mm and 16.00±4.30mm,and the MIC was 0.20g/ml,0.05g/ml,0.80g/ml,0.05g/ml and 0.2g/ml,respectively,While the MIC of alkaloid extracts against these microorganisms were 4.00mg/ml,2.00mg/ml,6.00mg/ml,4.00mg/ml and 4.00mg/ml,respectively.
