摘要
对75例 NIDDM 患者红细胞膜脂质成分、空腹血糖、血脂、血浆脂蛋白进行测定,以探讨红细胞膜脂质成分改变与高血糖、高血脂及血浆脂蛋白的关系。结果表明;NIDDM 组红细胞膜胆固醇、胆固醇/磷脂比值、过氧化脂质明显高于正常对照组;膜磷脂低于正常对照组;血糖、血脂良好控制的 NIDDM 患者红细胞膜脂质成分与正常对照组无显著性差异;直线相关分析显示红细胞膜成分改变与高血糖、高血脂、血浆脂蛋白水平存在有明显相关性。提示 MDDM 患者严重代谢紊乱与红细胞膜脂质成分改变密切相关.
Changes in composition of erythrocyte membrane lipid,and in the compo- sition of plasma lipid in the 75 non-dependent diobetes mellitus (NIDDM) were investigated;The total cholesterol content and maionyldialdehyde (MDA) level of the erythrocyte membrane were signigicantly increased in NIDDM sulojects,and the total phospholipid was decreased,while the cholesterol- to-phospholipid ratia was increased.The changes in composition of erythrocyte membrane lipid have a correlation with hyperglycemia,hypereholesterolemia, hypertrigleceridemia,HDL-e HDL_2-c,LDL-c.The results suggested that changes in the composition of plasma lipid may contribute to erythrocyte membrane lipid composition alterations.
