摘要
本文将20例恶性脑瘤患者分为两组。Ⅰ组:用20％甘露醇行可逆性血脑屏障(BBB)开放,继之经颈动脉灌注顺铂(CDDP);Ⅱ组:仅灌注同剂量CDDP。分别测定肿瘤及正常脑组织内 CDDP浓度。结果表明:用 20％甘露醇行可逆性BBB开放能显著增加肿瘤内药浓度,而正常脑组织内药浓度变化不明显。此技术对提高脑瘤化疗效果具有重要的临床价值。
Reversible opening of the blood brain barrier(BBB) for chemotherapy during operation wereperformed in20 cases of malignant brain tumors.Group Ⅰ: intra-carotid injection Cis-Diamminedichlo-roplatinum (CDDP). after opening the BBBby means of 20% mannitol in 10 cases. GroupⅡ: intra-carotid injection of CDDP alone in 10cases. The marginal zone of tumor. the centralregion of tumor and normal brain tissue samplewere taken at 10 minutes after CDDP injection.CDDP contents of these specimen were measuredby the flameless atomic absorption spectrophotome-try. Statistical analysis showed CDDP contentshigher in the marginal zone and central regionof the tumor in Group Ⅰ than Group Ⅱ. However.the levels in normal brain tissues were notsignificant different between Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ(P>0. 05). The results of our study suggest thatreversible opening of the BBB increases levels ofthe anticancer drugs in tumor and do not resultin increased anticancer drug delivery to normalbrain tissue.
